June 12, 2011 Everyone is Your Friend...
"Front desk supervisor greeted me by name after nearly a year's absence. She recognized our name from the reservation list, and looked for us to arrive. We had stayed there for a week or more for three successive years.

The staff is very attentive, anticipating our needs, not just saying "... we're here if you need anything." As it was, I needed help printing boarding passes - (some connection glitch) and the supervisor used the staff computer to print them. Breakfast staff was attentive and very cordial."

Community Involvement is Important to Us
Hampton Inn works to support the Solon Benevolent Fund and Solon Home Days raising money for families in need. We also are actively involved in Solon Chamber of Commerce scholarship committee, as well as Solon's Women in Business - supporting legislation to help local business stay healthy and grow. Solon Hampton Inn was awarded by Solon Chamber of Commerce as Business of the year Award in 2008.
