Q Where are you located?
A Our address is: 6035 Enterprise Parkway, Solon, Ohio 44139.
Q How far are you from the airport?
A We are located 22 miles/27 minutes from the airport.

Q Do you have Internet access?
A Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi Internet throughout the hotel.
Q Do you have a pool?
A Yes. Our heated indoor pool.
Q Do you have a restaurant and lounge?
A No, but we have several restaurants in walking distance. We
also offer our Hampton on the House® hot breakfast offered daily as well
as complimentary On the Run® breakfast bags to go available Monday -
Friday. We also offer a complimentary evening reception where you'll
enjoy free wine, beer and appetizers Monday - Thursday from 5pm - 7pm.
Q What are your Check-In and Check-Out times?
A Check-In is at 4PM, and Check-Out at 12 noon.
Q Do you allow late Check-Outs?
A Yes, please check with the front desk if available for a specific date.
Q What method of payments do you accept?
A We accept VS, MC, AX, DS, & Cash.
Q Are pets allowed in the hotel guestrooms?
A YES, the Hampton Inn Solon allows pets and welcomes your little buddy as a member of your family. There is a $50.00 non-refundable fee for the entire stay. Guide dogs are also allowed in our accessible guestrooms.
Q What is the minimum age requirement to rent a room?
A A person must be 21 years of age to rent a room.
Q How many people can I have in my room?
A It depends on the room, between 4 and 5 people total. Please contact us for details.
Q Is there an extra charge for additional guests?

Q Do you allow smoking in the guestrooms?
A Hampton Inn Solon offers guests a smoke-free environment, but guests may smoke outside in our courtyard.
Q What is your cancellation policy?
A To cancel a reservation, please call 24 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.
